One of the things I’ve noticed that conscious entrepreneurs tend to do when it comes to marketing is get very caught up – at times even paralyzed – by the complexities of the issues they work with.

The willingness to see and be with the many layers of the situations our clients face, to NOT take overly simplistic approaches, is one of your strengths.  This video explains what I mean.

However, it can also get in the way of steady, reliable marketing that brinds in paying clients in a dependable way. In this video, I share 3 tips to help conscious entrepreneurs maintain your integrity and your steady marketing presence while staying in integrity.

  1. Slow it down. Don’t try to address ALL the layers of the issues that your ideal clients face in one 3 minute marketing video or a 600 word blog post.
  2. Build relationship. Instead of trying to do it all, think of this video, blog post, interview, etc as an opportunity to connect. To spend some time together in the presence of the issues at hand – without trying to fix them all.
  3. YOU hold the complexity. Don’t try to dump the complexity of the situation into your potential client’s lap. Give them the experience of you holding the many layers and identifying just one or two to work with in this particular video or post.

By slowing down, tending to relationship and being willing to hold the complexity, you can find your way through the maze of the many layers and let your ideal client start to see you showing up regularly and with a calm and helpful presence. The secret is, that presence is more important than any information you share.
