entrepreneurs and relationships

On January 13th, I did a Facebook live on the topic of WHY MANY ENTREPRENEURS STRUGGLE TO BALANCE THEIR BUSINESS AND A RELATIONSHIP (and what to do about it).

In this live, I talk about the unique dynamics that often lead entrepreneurs to struggle in intimate relationships and then offer 5 tips about how to be able to balance both owning a business and being in a deep, intimate relationship:

1) Acknowledge the impact that entrepreneurship has on a relationship. Don’t play the pretend game.

2) Create “sacred time blocks”.

3) Be of your network and serve them first.

4) Learn to say NO quickly.

5) Keep growing in your own centering practice.
