What is Business Energetics?

Business Energetics is a tool that allows you to quickly understand the nature of important relationships. We use an adaptation of a therapy called Family Constellations to map out where a relationship or issue may be tangled up. Then we use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to unravel the tangles, and allow your inner wisdom to communicate directly with you.

An important part of Business Energetics is that your spiritual wisdom emerges from the constellation (or map of relationships) and offers you guidance on how to move forward. This wisdom is already within you but is clouded by the daily complexities of the business world. When you allow this wisdom to filter through into your business decisions, your effectiveness will increase dramatically.

You’ve got to be kidding – an ONLINE retreat??

Frankly, this is a little strange. We’d love to offer this retreat at a beautiful center in the woods. In order to keep it accessible and affordable, we’ve gone with the virtual format.

Fortunately, both of us are familiar with leading meaningful virtual experiences. We offer 4 Mastermind Groups per week that our clients are very satisfied with. The connections and progress in these groups are profound!

Plus, the conference service we use is highly interactive. You can “raise your hand” to ask a question at any time and we’ll be breaking into “small discussion groups” throughout the day.

We’ve worked over the phone with hundreds of individuals and provided many hours of calls with groups. It’s been pleasantly surprising to see how effective this structure can be for creating connection and positive change.

Who’s running this thing?

Hi, we are Sejual Shah and Paul Zelizer. As two of the groundbreakers in using energy psychology for business, we’ve heard this problem often.

Sejual is a Level 3 AAMET Practitioner of EFT in the UK. She helps execs with career growth and confidence issues. Since 2008 she’s pioneered ways of delivering business EFT courses to large companies at home and abroad, and loves coaching other practitioners to do this as well. She is the co-founder of Business Energetics.

Paul has studied spirituality and conscious business for more than 30 years. After a 20 year career as a licensed psychotherapist, he was introduced to energy psychology tools like EFT. It was instant love! Paul now runs a global coaching business where he helps conscious entrepreneurs grow their businesses using the best of inner and outer technologies. He is the co-founder of Business Energetics.
